FSLSO 2010 Continuing Education Schedule

"Be ECO Friendly (Effectively Compliant Office): Surplus Lines Rules and Tools"
This three-hour continuing education course is designed to inform and better educate Florida's surplus lines agent of their compliance requirements as provided in the Florida Surplus Lines Law and agent responsibilities as outlined by the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office's (FSLSO) Agent's Procedures Manual.. This course will explore internal FSLSO procedures including the Compliance Review Program process and accounting procedures as a means to increase knowledge of agent responsibilities relative to their mandated compliance review and payment procedures. Lastly, this course will touch on the resources made available to them by the FSLSO including website resources, reports, and tools to help them manage and maintain high compliance standards.

This course is free for all Florida licensed surplus lines agents, who may also bring up to two members of their agency support staff for FREE. This course is valued at three hours of intermediate property and casualty credit (Course ID 71822).

All classes will begin at 9:00 and will conclude at 12:00. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited and classes fill quickly. You may register via online enrollment or by completing and faxing the 2010 Registration Flyer.
