Diligent Effort Form vs. Surplus Lines Disclosure Form
As a result of 2011 Florida legislative session, the list of commercial coverages exempt from the Diligent Effort Form requirement
was expanded. The exempted coverages, require a disclosure statement in place of the Diligent Effort Form. This webinar will provide
guidance on the statutory requirements of each form, including when each form should be used and who is responsible for completing and
maintaining each form.
