Can I remit taxes, service fees, assessments and EMPA surcharges using one check?
Separate payments are required for each type of invoice (i.e., taxes, service fees, etc.) because the charges are paid to separate legal entities. Checks should be issued to the following payees:

- Service fee payments are made payable to:
Florida Surplus Lines Service Office
- FHCF Assessments payments are made payable to:
Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund
- Citizens Assessments payments are made payable to:
Citizens Property Insurance Corporation
- EMPA Surcharge payments are made payable to:
Florida Division of Emergency Management
