I have a Surplus Lines license, but transacted no business in the calendar year. Am I required to do anything?

Yes, at the end of each quarter, you must file with the FSLSO a Quarterly Report Affidavit with the "No Business Transacted" box checked.

Alternately, you may submit Quarterly Affidavit information via the Surplus Lines Information Portal.
