The Florida Surplus Lines Service Office provides access to Public Data Reports for informational purposes only; it does not constitute an endorsement for any service, company or person offering any product or service. The information contained in these reports is extracted on a monthly basis from the data submissions from surplus lines agents and insurers. The reports are based upon the effective date of the policy transactions submitted. The information in these reports are aggregate numbers and variances in the information may exist and are based on a continuous acceptance of data submissions that are required within 30 days from policy transaction effective dates; as well as, from inaccuracies in the transaction submissions (corrections may take up to 90 days). These reports are current as of 3/1/2010. Historical information is only available as far back as the 4th quarter of 2000.
