Risk Retention groups and Purchasing Groups must use DFS form OIR-A1-1615.
Are you on the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) Approved List of Risk Retention or Risk Purchasing Groups?
Go to the Company Search page of the Florida
Office of Insurance Regulation website. For the Company Type field there is a drop down box for you to scroll down to select either
Risk Retention Group or Risk Purchasing Group. Select either option for the site to provide you with a list of approved groups.
You may have to try both options to find the name you are looking for.
Any other Independently Procured Coverage should be submitted using the online submission
process.
