FSLSO Announces Resignation of Agent Services Administrator

Matt Wester, who serves as the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office's (FSLSO) Agent Services Administrator, has submitted his resignation to FSLSO in an effort to pursue other business opportunities, effective today, January 15, 2009.

"It was a difficult decision to leave FSLSO as I have truly enjoyed the 10 years that I have been with the organization both professionally and personally. I will greatly miss my customers as they have made my work at FSLSO so enjoyable."

Commenting on Mr. Wester's resignation, Gary Pullen, FSLSO's Executive Director, stated, "Matt has been an essential part of this organization and is a major reason for its growth and success over the past 10 years. We wish him the very best in his new endeavor."

FSLSO Detail Reports To Be Made Available Through SLIP

Effective February 1, 2009, FSLSO will be sending the monthly and quarterly Detail Reports directly to the SLIP inbox of all users associated with an agent. These reports will be available as PDF documents and will not require unzipping.  Future releases will include additional report formats for the user to choose from (Excel, CSV).

Please note that the Detail Reports will be sent to SLIP users only; if you are listed as the billing contact, but do not have a user account, you will not be sent the reports.  If you do not have a SLIP username and would like to receive the Detail Reports, you will need to be set-up as a user under the agent. If you need assistance creating a new user in SLIP, please call Agent Services at (800) 562-4496, option 1.

If you are enrolled in electronic invoicing, the invoices for service fees, taxes, and assessments will continue to be emailed to the billing contact that FSLSO has on file from your agency.

Agents that receive their invoices through the mail will continue to do so. If you would like to receive the invoices via email, please email a request to Sheila Pearson (spearson@fslso.com). Please include the following information:

Agent Name
Agent License Number
Billing Contact
