FSLSO Conducts Annual Customer Service Survey
FSLSO is currently conducting its annual customer satisfaction survey. This survey will close TODAY at 5:00 and customers that have not taken their survey are strongly encouraged to do so as it will greatly assist FSLSO as they prepare for their strategic planning for 2009. This survey was sent out to five differing user groups including surplus lines agents, submission contacts, insurer contacts, accounting contacts, and IPC filers.* The survey should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes.
If you did not receive an email containing the survey, you should a) check your spam folder for the survey email or b) contact FSLSO via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

*Please note that if the surplus lines agent is also the submission and/or accounting contact, please only complete the surplus lines agent survey. If your office has separate staff handling these functions, each is encouraged to complete their own survey.
