FSLSO Survey Reminder
The Florida Surplus Lines Service Office is in the process of conducting customer surveys in order to evaluate its current services and programs. Surveys were sent out to surplus lines agents, agency submission contacts, agency accounting contacts, IPC filers, and surplus lines insurer contacts. Survey questions vary depending upon the user group that it was sent to, and it is possible that the same office will receive several survey requests, each sent to a different member of its staff. FSLSO asks that each survey recipient take a few mintues to complete the survey if you have not already done so. The survey should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes and will assist us as we prepare our strategic planning for 2006.
The survey is being conducted by Beacon Research, Inc., an independent research company who will insure that all feedback provided from the survey is kept anonymous. The survey report will be provided to the FSLSO by mid-August. After sufficient time to analyze and respond to the results, we will publicize the results in September/October.
