EMERGENCY RULE: 69BER05-11 IN WAKE OF HURRICANE WILMA The Department of Financial Services has issued Emergency Rule 69BER05-11 relating to public adjusting in the wake of Hurricane Wilma. The Rule places certain restrictions on the business of public adjusting in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma.
