FSLSO FTP Submit (v4.x) Software
The FSLSO FTP (File transfer Protocol) Software was designed and developed to facilitate the surplus lines
agent and insurer reporting process to the FSLSO for those who are not using our Agent or Insurer Software. All surplus
lines agents and insurers are required to submit all policies and/or related documents via an
Electronic Risk Submission (ERS) to FSLSO for approval. If submitting agent .slx files,
policies and/or related documents, they may not be released until FSLSO receives and approves the ERS(s)
submitted via diskette or FTP by the agent. The Submission process and ERSs are discussed in the Submit
Data File section.
