FSLSO Agent Software v3.x Download
The FSLSO Agent Software was designed and developed to facilitate the surplus lines agent reporting
process to the FSLSO. All surplus lines agents are required to submit all policies and/or related
documents via an Electronic Risk Submission (ERS) to FSLSO for approval. Policies and/or related
documents may not be released until FSLSO receives and approves the ERS(s) submitted via diskette
or FTP by the agent. The submission process and ERS(s) are discussed in the Submit Data section of the help file and
software user manual available online.
The Agent Software was designed as a user friendly interface to collect pertinent information
about surplus lines agents, the agency for whom they work, general lines agents, and insurers.
The program also collects information about surplus lines policies and associated transactions.
Using the information entered by the user, the system will guide the user through the submission
process (see the Submit Data section in the help file for details regarding Electronic Risk Submissions).
In lieu of using the FSLSO Agent software, you may opt to export your information into
the required filing format. Agents or Agencies exporting their own files for submission
are required to use the FSLSO FTP Submission software. The FSLSO FTP software and
formatting documentation are available on the FSLSO website.
