• Agent Software v3.1x (and v3.1x update) - For Florida surplus lines agents. This software is used to collect and transmit surplus lines policy and transaction data to the FSLSO. Transactions are required to be received by the FSLSO within 30 days of the transaction's effective date.



• Insurer Software v3.2x (and v3.2x update) - For surplus lines insurers. This software is used to collect and transmit surplus lines policy information data to the FSLSO on policies written for Florida insureds. See filing requirements for further info.



• FTP Submit v4.x (and v4.x update) - For all entities (agents or insurers) developing their own .slx files (not using the Agent or Insurer software). This software must be used to submit your .slx files to our office. See Export Formats below for further info on format specifications.

• FSLSO sUnzip v1.00 - You may use this in lieu of other commercial products to unzip your invoices and MTRs if you have them delivered electronically at the end of every month.
