FSLSO Reporting Software
Please note, the FSLSO Insurer and Agent software is no longer allowed for data submissions.
You must either use
Agent SLIP,
Insurer SLIP or the FSLSO supplied
FTP Submit software as of as of December 15th, 2009
FTP Submit v5.x - For all entities (agents or insurers) developing their own
.slx files (not using the Agent or Insurer software). This software must be used to submit your .slx files to our office.

FSLSO sUnzip v1.00 - You may use this in lieu of other commercial products to unzip
your invoices and MTRs if you have them delivered electronically at the end of every month.
