SLICE: Surplus Lines Information & Compliance Education

FSLSO is now offering a brand new online course called SLICE, short for Surplus Lines Information & Compliance Education. Please visit our Learning Management System to register for this course, or if you have already registered, log into your existing account.

This course is designed for anyone who would like to become more knowledgeable about compliance with Florida surplus lines rules, procedures, filings, etc. There is a detailed module on filing in SLIP as well as primers on our Compliance Review and Premium Reconciliation programs.

There are six modules, each with a corresponding quiz and an exam at the end. To pass, you must receive a grade of 70% or higher. 

This course does not meet the qualifications to sit for the State of Florida surplus lines pre-licensing exam.

PLEASE NOTE: This course will not satisfy annual CE credit requirements.
